KISS THE FUTURE

Kiss the Future is a fashion label based in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Founded by Tanja Pađan. Tanja graduated in textile design and clothes design from University of Ljubljana. Tanja is inspired by science fiction, urban culture, cinema and experimental video, 1,000 page novels and Rococo style.
“In my work I research different topic that interest me at a given time. I consider my work as a creative playground for establishing an ambience full of imagination and theatrical fantasy and I design garments in order to communicate my ideas in relation to everyday environments. You can consider my end products as objects of desire without a definite purpose that you just must wear.”
Kiss the Future collections are presented in collaborations with other artists, photographer Katja Kremenić, video artist Tomaž Šantl and performance artist Anna Nowicka, just to name a few. Her work was published in international magazines such as Revs Magazine, Kneon Magazine, C-Heads Magazine, Outsider Magazines and numerous Slovenian publications.
